The very best Pilates experience on the Sunny Coast. Amanda has an extensive knowledge of the body and the intricacies of how it works and she’s very happy to help us all achieve our personal goals- whether it’s fitness, flexibility, strength and/or looking amazing! All things are possible in a Kinected class.
I would totally recommend this amazing Studio.

I have been going to Kinected Pilates for both mat and reformer classes for about 3 years. Classes are conducted by Amanda and Rachel who are both very experienced and caring teachers. Having fractured 6 ribs, I have been brought back to my full mobility. Small classes ensure that everyone gets individual attention.
Each class is different and they will tailor things to suit how your body is feeling on the day. My wife, who has no health issues, very much enjoys her classes too and has benefited from increased flexibility, muscle strength and tone.

As a mature woman struggling with flexability and lower back pain I decided to take control and seek help. I believed that Pilates would be of benefit and that 'Kinected Pilates Studio ' was a reputable health studio. After 12 months my decision making was correct, resulting in improved mobility whilst learning a great deal about my body from knowledgeable instructors with a caring and professional approach. I felt comfortable from the start with the small classes resulting in a calming experience.
